Shipping policy

We provide free, completely insured delivery worldwide. One of the major carriers—UPS, FedEx, DHL—or one of the specialized jewellery carriers—Ferrari, Brinks, Loomis—will deliver your orders.

Within six weeks of the purchase date, we hope to deliver your product to your front door. We might be able to deliver the item to you in less than two weeks if it is in stock. We will try our best to get the jewellery to you sooner if you let us know that you need your piece sooner.

Certificate of authenticity

Every piece of jewellery from Panim will be delivered to you with a certificate of authenticity and an appraisal for insurance purposes.
